    • Custom-made or personalized dresses (e.g., items tailored to specific measurements or with custom designs).
    • Products marked as "Final Sale" on the website. Such items will be clearly indicated on their product pages.

2. How to Initiate a Refund

  • Step 2: Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package; packages without a valid RA number may be refused.
  • Step 3: Ship the Product: You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect in the product, a mistake in the item shipped (e.g., wrong size or style), or an error in the order (e.g., damaged during transit). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon verification of the issue.

3. Processing Refunds
